Qigong. Tai Chi. Breathwork.
We have another set of Qigong classes this Fall!
8 weeks on Tuesdays, from Oct 21 – Dec 9, 2025, at 7:00 PM
We will practice a variety of things, including one or two Qigong routines, breathing, and walking meditation.
It is only $100 for all 8 classes.

Here is the waiver. You’ll be asked on the registration page to accept the waiver when registering. You can register at the link below. I will contact you to arrange payment.
The first class is full, so we’ve added a second class at 8 PM, running the same night.
Wednesdays, beginning April 2 to May 14, with no class April 16.

We are doing another Learn Qigong series. This one will be 6 weeks on Wednesdays beginning April 2, going until May 14, with no class April 16.
