Fall Qigong Classes

We have another set of Qigong classes this Fall!
8 weeks on Tuesdays, from Oct 21 – Dec 9, 2025, at 7:00 PM
We will practice a variety of things, including one or two Qigong routines, breathing, and walking meditation.
It is only $100 for all 8 classes.
