Learn Shibashi Qigong 8 PM

Come out and learn about Qigong, a Traditional Chinese for of movement designed to help you stay healthy.
You will learn about posture, breathing, and will learn a routine called the Set 1 of Shibashi (18 moves). It is a great routine that flows nicely and is easy to learn.
The 7 PM class has filled up so have added an 8 PM class as well.
